I am a Bakery chef with more than 15 years of experience and have been working on creating special recipes (Gluten Free and Vegan) for 4 years so that I can make these recipes with low priced, yet delicious ingredients and capable of being beautifully made and displayed for wholesale purposes.
Our world and environment now need more attention from us. Excessive production and utilization of livestock products has caused irreparable damage and we all know how beneficial the Vegan diet is to the environment as well as to human’s health. On the other hand, we know that people have always been craving for delicious food and sweets.
So, as a chef and an environmentalist, it was my job to create products that were deliciously Eco-friendly.
